For my kid’s preschool it’s tradition for families to gather before the biggest community event of the year and create tie dye shirts. This year we had a ton of leftover dye from the event so I got to use some of my dye stuffs collection to create a few napkin sets. Wanna see? 🙂

I tried to create similar patterns and color combos to create 2- to 5-piece sets. It was hard not to use the entire rainbow on all the pieces but I was going for variation in each of the sets.

I really wanted to try creating a pattern and ended up trying a heart, and it worked! I love how this set turned out.

Some of my dye stuffs were new, but I also had a set of stained napkins that I brought back to life with this colorway…

Can’t wait for my next impromptu dye sesh to keep my tie dye skills fresh. I’ve already got another collection of assorted wearable items I’d like to dye. Until then:
